Balram is the Founder and Chief Executive of Nexora Partners. He has led over US$60 billion in financing and investment transactions across global and regional debt and equity markets, sovereign investments, and complex cross-border structures. He has enabled and led landmark investments in infrastructure, renewables, and industrial projects exceeding US$100 billion. He has built investment platforms at scale, including the US$300 million MENA–ASEAN Growth Opportunity Fund, and is driving Nexora's mandate to connect capital and innovation across emerging economic corridors.
Previously, Balram held leadership roles with the Public Investment Fund, Franklin Templeton, AES Energy, ACWA Power, Rediff, and Reliance Industries, working extensively across Asia, the Middle East, and the United States. He holds a law degree from the National Law School of India University.
Ayman Sejiny is a distinguished leader in Islamic finance and corporate banking with over two decades of experience. He serves as Chairman of Apex Saudi Arabia, Dar Al-Aila, Tarh, and the Saudi–Indonesia Chamber of Commerce, driving investment, growth, and cross-border partnerships. Former CEO of ICD, Ibdar Bank, and Alkhair Bank, he has led landmark deals including USD 20 billion in sukuk and USD 100 billion in lending. With senior roles at Barclays, Citi, and ABN Amro, he brings global expertise and strategic vision. Ayman hold a bachelor's degree from University of East Michigan.
Vikram brings over 23 years of leadership experience across South-East Asia, Mainland China, and the Middle East in the consumer sector, with a focus on health, wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, and consulting. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Kayanee, a lifestyle and wellness platform launched by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, dedicated to women's well-being across fitness, apparel, personal care, nutrition, and education. Vikram has a proven track record in building and scaling entrepreneurial brands, partnering with funds, private equity, and founders to accelerate growth, drive performance, and deliver innovation. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Zuben Rustomjee is an advisor to NEXORA Partners, bringing global experience from Accenture, IBM, and leadership in venture, M&A, and governance. He supports fund building, investment strategy, structuring, and portfolio value creation, with a track record of driving cross-border growth and transformation across MENA, Asia-Pacific, and Africa.
Geoffrey has a 16+ career, most recently was a Managing Director of Private Equity Services, specializing in M&A and growth strategy at Accenture, of cross-border experience—especially in MENA and the US . He’s led PE-backed deal origination, diligence, financial modelling, integration, and operational value creation across tech, healthcare, life sciences, industrials, and software. Geoffrey uniquely fuses end-to-end transaction rigor with ESG-driven growth, steering capital deployment and exits that meet LP expectations and maximize returns. His dual-region expertise ensures deep market insight, regulatory fluency, and execution confidence.
Ayman Sejiny is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of leadership across investment banking, Islamic finance, and development finance. He currently serves as CEO of the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), the private sector arm of the Islamic Development Bank, and chairs the Saudi–Indonesian Business Council, where he spearheads bilateral investment initiatives. His prior roles include CEO positions at Bank Alkhair, Ibdar Bank, and Barclays Capital Saudi Arabia. He also advises family offices on Sukuk and Islamic capital markets strategy.
Sunil Varhadkar, is a seasoned global c-suite executive with 25+ years experience in leadership roles across digital venture building, venture capital and ecosystem development with reputed organizations including NEOM Investment Fund, NEOM Financial Services, Visa, Microsoft, Yahoo!, eBay, Rediff.com and HDFC Bank. As an entrepreneur has developed a Fintech platform, consulted for Series B/C stage startups in Artificial Intelligence and as an Angel Investor invested in HeathTech ventures.
